This Talent Acquisition Sourcer role is pivotal in identifying, engaging, and delivering top-tier professional and corporate talent for Porch Group’s growing teams, with a special focus on leveraging advanced sourcing strategies and market intelligence. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers in both the US and India, using your expertise in sourcing tools and your deep understanding of talent landscape to build strong, diverse pipelines.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member
Pay Range*: 1,012,500 - 1,417,500 INR annually
