Position Summary
We're seeking a data-driven, people-focused Talent Acquisition & HRIS Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting while optimizing HR technology and analytics. This role combines relationship-building, recruiting expertise, and HR systems management to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
The ideal candidate leverages technology, automation, and workforce insights to drive efficient hiring outcomes while ensuring compliance, fairness, inclusion, and a human-centered approach throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, define position requirements, and identify top talent.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, social media, job boards, referrals, and sourcing platforms.
- Utilize recruitment technologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and process efficiency while ensuring fair and compliant hiring practices.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and meaningful engagement.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
- Support employer branding and diversity recruiting initiatives to attract qualified talent from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
HRIS & Analytics
- Serve as administrator ADP Workforce Now,Β including system maintenance, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee and candidate data.
- Develop HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Configure system updates, integrations, and automation enhancements.
- Troubleshoot HRIS and ATS issues and collaborate with vendors as needed.
- Support HR technology implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Train HR team members and managers on HR systems, reporting tools, and best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience administering HRIS and/or ATS platforms, preferably ADP.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
- Experience utilizing recruiting technologies, reporting tools, and workforce analytics.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology systems.

Illinois Pay Transparency Statement
The anticipated pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus eligibility for company-sponsored benefits and incentive programs, where applicable. Actual compensation will be based on skills, experience, education, and business needs.
