Job Description

Type of contract: These roles are temporary contracts for up to 6 months to one year. Potential of going direct

Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a strategic role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support the company’s growth and objectives. They act as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices.
  • Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement).
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s image.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency. 

Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred but not a must
  • You have 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles.
  • You are bilingual in French and English. ( Montreal location only)
  • You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. 
  • You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • You are team-oriented, results-driven, and have demonstrated strong influencing skills.
  • Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong client focus and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
