DescriptionAt Xtremax, we’re looking for a hands-on recruiter who can take ownership of the full hiring lifecycle and manage candidate requests as structured projects. In this role, you’ll blend end-to-end talent acquisition with project management skills to ensure we hire the right people, at the right time, and with the right quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition :
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, headhunting, job boards, social media, employee referrals) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage screening processes, interviews, assessment tools, and ensure fair and effective evaluation of candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to strengthen efficiency and candidate experience.
Project Executive :
- Act as main point of contact with hiring managers to understand role requirements, get alignment on job specifications, timelines, and selection criteria.
- Plan, coordinate, and track recruitment projects to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, align on priorities, and provide regular progress updates.
- Support process enhancements by driving structured, project-based recruitment initiatives.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related
- 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment / talent acquisition experience, with experience in Digital & IT System Intregrator or related sectors preferred
- Strong organizational and project-tracking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Workable as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preffered.
- Exposure to project management tools or methodologies.
