About the role
Onyx is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale a high-talent team in our US site. You will partner closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
What you will do
- Partner with leaders to define hiring needs, role calibration, and interview processes.
- Build pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and employer brand efforts.
- Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.
- Improve hiring operations, reporting, and candidate experience.
- Help shape recruiting strategy as the company scales.
What you will bring
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth cyber security startups.
- Experience recruiting GTM roles.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate with speed, ownership, and strong judgment.
- Excellent candidate-facing presence.
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate in a global environment
- Ability to lead Hiring processes E2E
