Part of this process includes developing our Talent Acquisition team, to serve COS, ARKET and & Other Stories within the Portfolio. This team will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business growth by effectively attracting, hiring, engaging, and retaining talent with the necessary skills to secure our future.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a key part in attracting and hiring of talented and diverse colleagues that share our company values and ambition. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers within your organization on recruitment best practices, including Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), candidate experience, recruitment processes, onboarding, and succession planning. Your efforts will directly contribute to the achievement of our recruitment KPIs, driving the overall success of the team and the organization, covering Korea and Japan markets.
