Join us to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians

At Neo, we’re on a mission to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians. Life at a rapidly scaling tech startup isn’t for everyone. It’s complex, fast-paced, high-pressure, but also incredibly fulfilling. Since its founding in 2019, Neo has gained incredible traction and is one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in Canada.

The Role

We’re looking for a High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in fast-moving, hyper-growth environments. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for critical, high-volume roles—think Sales, Retail, and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for our sales and activations teams, from intake to offer.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create sourcing strategies, and influence decisions with market insights.

  • Use data to drive results—tracking metrics like time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and candidate quality.

  • Craft and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Neo’s brand and values.

  • Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, events, and creative recruiting channels.

  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and systems to make high-volume hiring more efficient.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to support major hiring initiatives and campaigns.

What You Bring

  • 1-3+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in fast-growth or startup environments.

  • Proven success managing 30+ active requisitions at a time with speed and precision.

  • Experience hiring for customer support, operations, or retail teams is a strong asset.

  • A data-driven mindset—you track metrics and use insights to drive better hiring outcomes.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with candidates and leaders alike - able to support hiring and onboarding needs.

  • Passion for delivering best-in-class candidate experiences and representing a brand with energy and authenticity.

  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
