We’re seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles - including Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and related positions. This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner closely with U.S. leadership and hiring managers to shape our growing team, while also playing a key part in building a strong employer brand presence in the market.

- Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM positions, from intake and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future GTM roles, using creative sourcing techniques.
- Drive a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Astrix’s values and culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to U.S. leadership and hiring teams, providing insights on market trends and talent availability.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting in our ATS to track progress and optimize recruiting processes.
- Support employer branding efforts in the U.S., including social media and candidate engagement campaigns.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by implementing inclusive recruiting practices.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.).
- Proven experience recruiting in high-growth startups or dynamic tech environments.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. talent market and compensation trends.
- Exceptional sourcing skills using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, referrals, niche platforms, etc.).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally with global teams is a plus.
