We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and play a key role in shaping and scaling our organization.

In this role, you will lead end to end recruitment processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and leverage advanced tools, including AI, to identify, assess, and attract top talent in a dynamic and competitive environment.

You will have a direct impact on how we attract and hire talent, and play a meaningful role in supporting the company’s growth.

 

Responsibilities

·        Lead end to end recruitment processes

·        Partner with hiring managers to drive effective hiring processes

·        Conduct structured interviews and deliver high quality candidate assessments

·        Proactively source and engage top talent using advanced sourcing methods

·        Evaluate candidates with a strong focus on technological roles, primarily across R&D and engineering

·        Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall recruitment effectiveness

·        Ensure a consistently high quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process

·        Use recruitment systems and data to support informed decision making and continuous improvement

·        Collaborate with global stakeholders and support hiring needs across regions as needed

·        Stay up to date with market trends and continuously refine sourcing and hiring approaches


·        5+ years of experience in end to end recruitment, preferably within a high tech environment

·        Strong experience in technological recruitment and solid understanding of tech roles

·        Proven ability to conduct professional, structured interviews and deliver insightful candidate evaluations

·        Hands on experience with advanced sourcing techniques - mandatory

·        Experience working with recruitment systems - mandatory

·        High level of English, both written and verbal

·        Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate effectively in a dynamic environment

·        Strong analytical mindset and data driven approach

·        Proactive approach to integrating AI tools into daily work, with a focus on improving processes and efficiency
