You’ll own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, across our Engineering, Product, and G&A teams in Israel. This role demands a high-energy, motivated professional with an exceptional track record in technical recruitment and scaling engineering teams. • Own end-to-end hiring and onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand each role and build tailored strategies to find the right people.
• Drive smooth onboarding processes: Ensure a smooth, engaging onboarding experience for every new hire.
• Be creative and proactive: Drive top-of-funnel sourcing using out-of-the-box methods - direct outreach, events, referrals, and networks.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience: You’ll make every interaction personal, thoughtful, and true to our culture.
• Use data to drive results: Track metrics, optimize funnels, and ensure we hire smarter, faster, and better.

• 4+ years of experience of end-to-end talent acquisition roles in startups, preferably in cybersecurity companies.
• Experience hiring technical talent (engineering, product, data, etc.) and understanding what drives them.
• Skilled in sourcing and nurturing pipelines in competitive markets.
• Natural relationship-builder - internally and externally.
• High-energy, adaptable, and driven to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about building teams from the ground up and being part of a startup’s scaling journey.
