We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, passionate, highly analytical person to join our team in Pattern Asia - Guangzhou, China office.

What is a day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Partner?

    • Take full responsibilities for recruitment of assigned positions independently, make sure the recruitment processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently
    • Support Hong Kong HR team for key position recruitments of APAC
    • Working closely with global teams to gain deep understanding of their needs and highly integrate the key competencies of recruiting positions
    • HR reporting and system maintenance
    • Other jobs assigned by line manager

What will I need to thrive in this role?

    • Full time bachelor's degree or above
    • Minimum 5 year experience in relevant fields, working experience in international corporates will be a plus
    • Solid knowledge of HR operations, familiar with labor law and common HR processes
    • Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
    • Strong sense of responsibilities, excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
    • Self-driven, good interpersonal and communication skill

What is the hiring process?

    • An initial phone interview with Pattern’s talent acquisition team
    • A video interview with the hiring manager
    • An online interview/data project with the hiring manager and executive leader
    • An onsite interview with a panel of department leaders
