We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team.
In this role, you will focus on Talent Acquisition, owning the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced, growing organization.
What you’ll do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and build sharp recruiting strategies.
- Lead sourcing efforts across creative channels and build a strong, ongoing pipeline.
- Conduct interviews (phone, online, onsite), including HR interviews, while assessing skills, competencies, and culture fit.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Be involved in the company’s growth and recruit talented people to drive our success
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in tech companies- must.
- Hands-on experience conducting in-depth HR interviews.
- Experience managing recruitment in fast-paced, high-volume or hyper-growth environments.
- Global recruitment experience - advantage.
- Experience using Comeet — advantage.
- Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Highly organized, independent, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent.
