Talent Acquisition Partner 

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about identifying top talent quickly, efficiently, and strategically. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and competitive drive to fill roles with minimal time-to-fill. The ideal candidate is hungry for targets, energized by hitting and exceeding KPIs, and able to balance high performance with a positive, fun, and collaborative attitude.

This position is a 6 month contract with a good possibility of an extension

Compensation: $22/hour



Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining exceptional productivity and accuracy.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques using search engines, social media, job boards, and recruitment technology.
  • Proactively network, cold-call, and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client programs and required candidate profiles.
  • Promote Mosaic’s brand and value proposition to candidates.
  • Conduct prescreens, interviews, and candidate presentations to hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines within the ATS.
  • Respond quickly to urgent hiring needs.
  • Research and implement new sourcing channels and strategies.


Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or high-volume preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment legislation.
  • Experience in retail, call center, customer service, sales, door to door or promotions is an asset.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and confident with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using recruitment platforms.
  • Highly goal-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
