We’re on the hunt for an elite Strategic Talent Partner who thrives in ambiguity, obsesses over quality, and has a track record of building high-performing teams through niche, high-stakes hiring.
This isn’t your typical recruiter role. You will serve as an advisor, hunter, and storyteller—owning the end-to-end talent strategy across GTM and consulting roles.
Hiring Without a Script: Partner with leadership to decode what the business really needs—especially when roles or seniority levels aren’t clearly defined
Defining Brilliance: Create frameworks to identify “10x candidates” for critical GTM and strategic roles, even when traditional signals (titles, tenure) fall short
Elite Poaching: Design and execute sourcing strategies to headhunt top talent from premier firms—be it in Enterprise Sales, Strategy Consulting, or Category Design
Handle Offer Shopping: Own the closing process with high EQ and rigor—pre-empt competing offers, craft compelling narratives, and secure top candidates
Niche Hiring Excellence: Build and maintain pipelines for roles that most recruiters avoid—where talent is rare, expectations are sky-high, and urgency is non-negotiable
Stakeholder Management: Work hand-in-hand with founders and hiring managers to challenge, align, and advise through every step of the hiring journey
Process Evolution: Continuously improve hiring systems, candidate experience, and time-to-hire without compromising on quality
You Should Apply If You Have:
4–8 years of experience in high-agency, high-complexity hiring, especially for executive, GTM and Consulting roles
A track record of successful headhunting
Exceptional ability to evaluate non-obvious talent and ask the right questions to unearth brilliance
Experience managing offer dynamics, handling offer shopping, and closing critical candidates
A self-starter mindset with zero dependency—you take ownership and deliver
Prior experience working in startups, hyper-growth environments, or boutique search firms is a plus
Work directly with leadership on core hiring decisions
Full autonomy to build and run your hiring playbook
