Role: Talent Acquisition Partner
Reporting to: Senior Talent Manager
Your impact
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in scaling our North American business while being an integral part of our global Talent Acquisition team. You will:
Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for all US-based hiring needs, with flexibility to support hiring across EMEA and other regions as we expand
Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, aligning talent acquisition activities with business priorities and ensuring successful hiring outcomes
Proactively source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, challenging and guiding decision-making where needed
Champion diversity and inclusion, supporting the selection of a diverse talent pool that reflects our values
Ensure a high-quality, efficient candidate experience from first contact to offer
Drive improvements in recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives in North America
Contribute to the development of global talent acquisition practices, supporting scalability across new markets
What you bring with you
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-growing or international environment, familiarity with financing or leasing is an advantage.
Strong sourcing capability and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
Proven experience hiring in the US market is essential, exposure to international or multi-region hiring is a strong plus
