Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the end-to-end recruiting process for highly skilled positions, particularly in the SaaS, cybersecurity, and technology sectors. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can build robust talent pipelines while effectively partnering with business leaders to manage complex interview processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruiting: Own the full hiring lifecycle—from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and additional sourcing tools to attract top global talent and maintain active pipelines for current and future roles.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the process.
- Interview Management: Coordinate complex interview processes, ensure consistency, and support teams with interview best practices and structured evaluation.
- AI-Driven Tools: Leverage AI recruitment technologies to enhance sourcing efficiency and improve candidate matching.
- Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, generate reports, and adjust sourcing strategies based on data.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain high communication standards, provide timely feedback, and ensure a professional, positive candidate journey.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sourcing strategies and attract top talent.
- Experience: 5+ years managing end-to-end recruiting for technical roles in SaaS/cyber/tech; strong behavioral and competency-based interviewing skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms; recruitment marketing tools are a plus.
- Pipeline Expertise: Proven ability to build and sustain pipelines and target passive candidates.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities with candidates and stakeholders.
- Analytical Ability: Comfortable working with recruitment data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Advantage: Experience with Comeet, Spark Hire, HiBob, and NetSuite.
- Fluent English.
