As we build a best-in-class Global Talent Acquisition function, we’re now hiring for Talend Acquisition Partner based in Tampere or Vantaa, Finland.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality recruitment aligned with business needs and timelines
Own the full hiring process—from briefing to final selection
Create a positive, inclusive candidate and hiring manager experience
Lead strategic searches to ensure timely, high-impact hires
Provide data-driven insights on hiring strategies and market trends
Strengthen our employer brand and talent positioning
Expectations:
3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a large global company
Deep expertise in recruitment—you consider yourself a specialist
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures in a matrix environment
Fluent in Finnish and English; additional languages (especially French or Swedish) are a plus
Advanced degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
