Overall responsibility for managing and leading end to end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers, candidates and internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, agility and excellent interpersonal abilities and negotiation capabilities


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end recruitment processes - job opening, sourcing and candidate identification through onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers- provide professional guidance, refine role requirements, build recruitment processes and support decision making
  • Conduct in depth interviews, assess candidates and provide professional evaluations and recommendations
  • Manage and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process
  • Lead the offer stage - building compensation offers, managing negotiations, closing terms, and contract signing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, payroll, management, and other business units
  • Utilize advanced recruitment tools and diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, employee referrals, candidate databases, and etc)
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, increase efficiency and meet hiring targets
  • Maintain responsibility for reporting, status updates, and ongoing process tracking


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in end to end recruitment (advantage for in-house/organizational recruiting experience)
  • At least 5 years Experience working with hiring managers and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ability to lead processes independently with high ownership and initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, assertiveness and influence
  • Mandatory experience in compensation negotiation and offer management
  • High level of organization skills and ability to work in a fast paced, multi tasking environment
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and sourcing tools
  • Relevant academic degree – an advantage
