We are looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition & Admin to join a fast paced multidisciplinary start up, to take a role in scaling up our company.

In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies aligned with our company's goals and culture. The role also includes managing the executive team's calendars, overseeing daily office operations and supporting the company's management.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technological roles, including software development, product, automation, engineering and other specialized positions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and department heads, providing market insights, data-driven recommendations, and talent acquisition strategies to drive business success.
  • Conduct deep HR interviews, assessing candidates’ technical expertise, leadership potential, cultural fit, and long-term impact on the organization.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, transparency, and engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Acting as a focal point for employees, taking care of day-to-day office needs, ensuring a pleasant, quiet, and productive work environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within tech companies, with a strong focus on hiring for Tech positions.
  • Proven expertise in conducting in-depth HR interviews and assessing motivation, leadership, and team fit.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, emerging industry trends, and talent market dynamics.
  • Experience with advanced sourcing techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
