We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Partner to join our growing team.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Department Summary
The Talent Acquisition team at Janicki plays a critical role in building a scalable, data-driven, and high-performing recruiting function. This role focuses on optimizing systems, processes, and workflows that enable recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to attract and hire top talent efficiently. By driving operational excellence across our recruiting technology, reporting, compliance, and candidate experience, TA Operations ensures that Janicki’s hiring engine runs smoothly and supports the company’s rapid growth. This team partners closely with HR, Marketing, Operations, and business units to streamline processes, enhance automation, and deliver consistent, high-quality support throughout the hiring lifecycle.
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Operations Partner supports the Director of Talent Acquisition in driving operational excellence, enhancing system reporting capabilities, strengthening data quality, and producing executive-ready workforce presentations. This role also provides systems integration support, vendor support and agreement tracking, assists with military and early-career hiring initiatives, and partners with marketing teams and external vendors to elevate our talent brand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Operations & Program Support
- Support the Director of Talent Acquisition in executing operational priorities, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain and create documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across TA processes.
- Support the development and documentation of hiring workflow optimization and automation processes.
- Monitor and track vendor contracts agreements, licenses and modifications as needed.
Reporting, Analytics & Executive Storytelling
- In partnership with the TA Director, build and maintain monthly TA dashboards and reports that translate data into clear, concise insights for VP-level audiences.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting aligns with business needs.
- Prepare presentation materials, summaries, and visualizations that highlight trends, progress, and opportunities.
Talent Branding & Marketing Collaboration
- Support the Director of TA in executing talent branding initiatives that enhance our employer value proposition.
- Coordinate with external vendors on deliverables, timelines, and contract requirements to ensure alignment with branding goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Represent the organization at university recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach programs as needed.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Operations, and business leaders to support TA initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Assist with change management efforts related to new tools, processes, and programs within the TA function.
- Assist with coordination of military hiring programs, including SkillBridge participation, veteran outreach, and community partnerships as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operation Coordination, HR Project Management, or related fields.
- Experience supporting recruiting programs such as veteran initiatives (including SkillBridge), vendor relations, or TA systems implementations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards, interpret data, and create executive-ready reports.
- Demonstrated ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.
- Experience partnering with marketing teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to travel on-site to company locations, for university events, conferences, and talent branding initiatives.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Salary range for this role is between $87,500 - $126,000, plus discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts. The range provided is Janicki’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities
