RequirementsWhat You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across departments
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create engaging job descriptions
- Use diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent databases, etc.) to actively find and attract candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep the recruitment process organized
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on data, feedback, and market trends
- Represent the company culture and values in all candidate interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition
- Hands-on experience with multiple sourcing tools and techniques — you know how to dig deep and find great people
- Fluency in English — both spoken and written — is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities efficiently
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for connecting with people
