This isn’t your average recruitment job. We’re looking for someone who’s not just filling positions but shaping the future of teams. As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and bringing on board the best talent out there.



Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across departments
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create engaging job descriptions
  • Use diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent databases, etc.) to actively find and attract candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep the recruitment process organized
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on data, feedback, and market trends
  • Represent the company culture and values in all candidate interactions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sourcing tools and techniques — you know how to dig deep and find great people
  • Fluency in English — both spoken and written — is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities efficiently
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for connecting with people

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong sourcing skills using various recruitment platforms
  • Fluency in English — both written and spoken
  • Confident interviewer with a good eye for talent
  • Organized and able to manage multiple roles efficiently
  • Tech-comfortable — familiar with ATS tools and modern recruitment software
