🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Bulk Hiring:
o Strategize and execute high-volume recruitment drives to meet
organizational staffing needs.
o Develop talent pipelines through job fairs, campus recruitment, and
other innovative sourcing strategies.
o Manage candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes for
bulk roles.
Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align
recruitment strategies with business goals.
o Act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring
a positive recruitment experience.
Reporting & Analytics:
o Create and maintain detailed recruitment dashboards and reports,
tracking KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate
conversion rates.
o Provide actionable insights to improve recruitment efficiency and
quality.
o Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data management
standards.
Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring performance targets
are met.
o Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
