    Responsibilities

    Full-Cycle Recruitment

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from role intake to offer stage
    • Conduct role intake meetings with hiring managers
    • Clarify job requirements, candidate profile and hiring timelines
    • Coordinate interview stages and ensure process transparency
    • Support preparation and communication of pre-offers

    Candidate Sourcing & Screening

    • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct outreach
    • Review CVs and conduct initial screening interviews
    • Present suitable candidates to hiring managers
    • Maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming roles

    Hiring Process Coordination

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
    • Collect and organise interview feedback
    • Ensure hiring managers provide timely feedback
    • Keep stakeholders informed about recruitment progress

    Candidate Experience

    • Provide clear communication to candidates throughout the process
    • Guide candidates through interview stages and expectations
    • Respond to candidate questions and follow-ups
    • Represent the company professionally in all interactions

    Recruitment Operations

    • Maintain accurate information in the ATS
    • Track the status of open roles and update stakeholders
    • Use recruitment templates and guidelines
    • Support employer branding activities (career page, job adverts, events)

      Requirements

      • 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience
      • Experience managing recruitment processes independently
      • Experience sourcing candidates directly (LinkedIn, outreach, job boards)
      • Ability to manage several open roles simultaneously
      • Basic interviewing and candidate assessment skills
      • Good organisation and attention to detail
      • Clear written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to work with hiring managers and coordinate processes
      • Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools
      • Experience in tech or fast-growing companies is an advantage
      • Fluency in English
