Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Overview

This strategic management role is designed for a key client of Hexa People. The successful candidate will join our client's team directly to lead and develop their internal Talent Acquisition function. The TA Manager will manage a dedicated team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top-tier talent, supporting rapid organizational growth, operational excellence, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Strategic TA & Workforce Planning: Define and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives, anticipating future workforce requirements and developing innovative sourcing approaches for critical roles.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and build capabilities within a team of TA Specialists, establishing clear KPIs, workload distribution, and performance standards.
  • Recruitment Delivery & Standards: Oversee end-to-end recruitment across all functions and seniority levels, driving consistent assessment methodologies, candidate evaluation, and high-volume recruitment quality.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies, while managing external recruitment vendors and budget allocation.
  • Employer Branding & Diversity: Implement initiatives to strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), partnering with external networks, professional associations, and universities while embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into hiring processes.
  • Analytics & Process Improvement: Leverage recruitment metrics, ATS technology, and market intelligence to optimize hiring speed, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and operational compliance.

Key Requirements

  • Academic Background: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of core HR/Recruitment experience, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and workforce planning.
  • Leadership Experience: Hands-on experience leading, developing, and coaching a team of recruiters in high-volume, specialist recruitment environments.
  • Global / Multi-site Operations: Experience supporting fast-growing, international, and multicultural environments; shared services or multi-site experience is preferred.
  • Tech & Analytics Proficiency: Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), digital sourcing tools, recruitment analytics, and Microsoft 365.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
