Job Location: New Delhi
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with specialization in HR
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
Candidates from the social sector will be preferred
Skills and competencies Required
  • 5 -8 years in lateral and campus recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Communicate information effectively to the stakeholders, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship building skills along with time management
  • Process-driven mindset
  • Working on excel sheets and managing multiple job portals
  • Able to work under tight deadlines with multiple positions
Sourcing
  • Identify & Managing job portals & Vendors
  • Manage employee references
  • Tap multiple sources to create a database of candidates
  • Track and identify candidates with excellent knowledge or exposure in the sector and recruit them as specialists in their respective domain
Recruitment
  • Screen profiles as per the JD in the database (career, vendor, reference)
  • Conduct initial level of discussion on fitment
  • Push shortlisted candidates to respective function representatives for multiple rounds
  • Excellent negotiation skill
  • Close positions within the TAT
Coordination
  • Continuous engagement with the prospective candidates
  • Follow up with the internal team, vendors, and candidates to close the position
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand the open positions and deliver as per the organization’s policy
  • Coordinate with internal HR team informing about new joiners
  • Manage a complete recruitment tracker and hiring pipeline
Operation/Process
  • Follow the hiring process without fail
  • Suggest ways to improve the existing hiring process
  • Explore, suggest and implement an automation system to reduce manual intervention
  • Push schemes or practices for internal references
  • Keep the communication process at reporting level as a priority
