We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage end -to-end recruitment activities. This is a pure recruitment role focused on hiring strategy, reporting, stakeholder collaboration an ATS management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Work as an Individual contributor to close critical, niche and senior level positions.
Lead, manage and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Allocate requisitions within the team and monitor the progress consistently.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking and vendor partnership to attract quality talent across levels with cost effective approach.
Ensure structured interview processes including panel coordination, feedback consolidation and timely closure.
Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts and joining follow-ups to ensure strong offer-to-join ratio.
Handle and manage the applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly/yearly hiring dashboards, recruitment metrics, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, Reporting authority and leadership.
Drive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and system.
Key Requirements
15+ years of strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience.
Proven experience in managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously which includes multiple business units and geographies.
Hands-on experience working with ATS tools and recruitment Analytics.
Strong knowledge on sourcing platforms, LinkedIN, job portals, social hiring)
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Exposure to campus hiring initiatives
Ability to manage multiple business units or geographies
Data -driven mindset with strong reporting and dashboard preparation skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
