About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technical recruiter /lead to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring for positions such as Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Full Stack Developers, Backend Developers, and Front-End Developers. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, team coordination, and proficiency in ATS tools.


Key Responsibilities:


  • End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies for technical roles.
  • Technical Hiring Expertise:
  • Source and assess candidates for roles including Databricks specialists, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Full Stack, Backend, and Front-End Developers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure quality hires.
  • Team Coordination & Reporting:
  • Update the recruitment team on new hiring requirements and progress.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders or manager  to ensure alignment on open positions.
  • Maintain daily hiring status reports for your respective team.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SLAs
  • ATS Management:
  • Regularly update the ATS tool with candidate and job status.
  • Ensure the recruitment team keeps ATS data accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Provide timely reports and insights on hiring progress and challenges.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 


  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring for Databricks, Data Engineering, Data Science, Full Stack, Backend, and Front-End development positions.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and recruitment analytics.
  • Experience in managing a recruitment team or leading projects.
Experience : 8-10 years


Job Location : Pune /Mumbai 

 

Work Timings : 2.30 -11.30 pm IST
