Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers’ HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)

Reports To:  CEO

Position Overview:

Gymreapers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join the team and oversee full funnel recruiting efforts for the organization. The talent acquisition specialist will be responsible for executing the day-to-day recruiting operations. 

The talent acquisition specialist will be expected to execute the plans, workflows, and priorities established by the CEO and ensure consistent, accurate, and timely HR delivery. The ideal candidate enjoys recruiting, moves quickly, stays organized, and thrives on delivering high-quality HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive End to End Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open roles, from intake meetings to offer delivery.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a high-quality, fast-moving process.
  • Maintain job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruiting documentation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scorecards, schedule interviews, and maintain hiring workflows.
  • Run structured interview processes
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
  • Move candidates through pipeline quickly and efficiently
  • Conduct initial phone screens 
  • Administer assessments, scorecard, and work samples
  • Assess culture fit aligned with Gymreapers values

Hiring Operations

  • Manager ATS (JazzHR)
  • Keep candidate records clean and up to date
  • Create weekly recruiting dashboards and reporting for Controller and CEO
  • Optimize hiring processes (speed, quality, efficiency)
  • Reduce time-to-fill across key roles
  • Help build scalable recruiting infrastructure 

Founder-level Recruiting 

  • Support leadership in hiring high-impact roles with flexibility to support standard recruiting
  • Proactively source candidates (LinkedIn, outbound, referrals, networks)
  • Build pipelines for critical roles (manager → director level)
  • Maintain a steady flow of high-quality candidates
  • Maintain absolute discretion and professionalism
  • Focus on culture, expertise, and grit.

Brand & Culture

  • Build employer branding content 
  • Manage employee referral program
  • Represent Gymreapers with energy, passion, and authenticity 

Success in this role looks like:

  • Reducing time-to-fill to under 30 days
  • Build and nurture active talent pipelines for our top 5 roles.
  • Increase hiring funnel conversion 
  • Deliver weekly dashboards to leadership
  • Represent the Gymreapers brand with professionalism and urgency.

Qualifications: 

  • 3-7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong sourcing abilities (Linkedin, etc)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and accountability in fast paced environments
