Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Strategic Talent Acquisition

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with current and future workforce needs

Partner with business leaders to understand hiring plans, role requirements, and skill gaps

Forecast hiring demand and build proactive talent pipelines

End-to-End Recruitment Management

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handover

Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality-of-hire standards

Drive recruitment for niche, leadership, and critical roles

Stakeholder & Business Partnering

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership on recruitment best practices, market intelligence, and hiring trends

Facilitate interview panels and ensure structured, unbiased interviewing processes

Manage expectations related to timelines, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters

Set individual and team KPIs and monitor recruitment performance metrics

Foster a high-performing, customer-focused recruitment team

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Strengthen employer branding through social media, career sites, job portals, campus hiring, and referral programs

Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Represent the organization at job fairs, campus drives, and industry events

Process Improvement & Compliance

Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems (ATS, job boards, assessments)

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and DEI standards

Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, and attrition analysis

  • Develops structured plans aligned with organizational priorities and long-term objectives
     
For This Role, You Will Need:
 
  • Stakeholder and vendor management skill
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical ability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Recruitment Tool (Oracle platform preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition frameworks and sourcing strategies

 
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Master’s degree with minimum 15 years of experience, with 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
