We are growing and looking for a hands-on, people-oriented Talent Acquisition & L&D Partner to join our HR team and support our continued expansion.
In this role, you will serve as a key Talent Acquisition Specialist for Entain & 365Scores. You will be responsible for recruiting technical talent and contributing to people development initiatives, with a strong focus on manager enablement and leadership development.
This role is ideal for someone who combines technical recruitment experience with a passion for learning, development, and working closely with managers.
- Act as the primary Talent Acquisition Specialist for Entain & 365Scores.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Lead and support recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Apply strong understanding of technologies roles to assess candidate fit beyond initial screening.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support Learning & Development initiatives, with a focus on management and leadership-related content.
- Assist in designing and delivering trainings, workshops, and learning programs for managers and people leaders.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support manager development and organizational growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization development or a related field – MUST.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist from tech companies - MUST.
- Experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or manager-focused training – MUST.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- High level of autonomy, initiative, and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Experience with recruiting systems, familiarity with Comeet is an advantage.
