Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Facilitate the entire onboarding process for new hires.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Offer guidance to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Promote employer brand through various recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment strategies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage salary discussions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment events if needed.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
