Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit.

- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Offer guidance to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Promote employer brand through various recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (minimum 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment strategies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong negotiation skills to manage salary discussions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
