A fast-growing, technology-enabled customer experience and business process outsourcing (BPO) and digital services organization serving clients across telecom, SaaS, and enterprise markets. We operate a remote-first HR model focused on scalable recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement for distributed teams.

Primary title: Human Resources (HR) Intern

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment: draft job posts, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications for remote roles.
  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS with accurate candidate and employee records.
  • Assist payroll and attendance tracking by reconciling timesheets, updating payroll systems, and preparing basic payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate remote onboarding: prepare offer letters, induction schedules, equipment requests, and welcome documentation.
  • Help run employee engagement and learning initiatives—coordinate sessions, track participation, and gather feedback.
  • Prepare routine HR reports and dashboards (time-to-hire, joining status, attrition snapshots) to support HR decision-making.

Additional Qualifications (role-specific)

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working remotely across India and operating within a target-based stipend model.
  • Prior exposure to HR or talent acquisition through internships, campus placement support, or volunteer recruiting is a plus.
