A high-growth player in the SaaS Customer Experience & Cloud Communications sector hiring a remote, India-based Talent Acquisition Intern. This performance-based internship focuses on building scalable hiring pipelines, improving recruitment metrics, and delivering outstanding candidate experience across technical and business roles. Primary title: Talent Acquisition Intern.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source and qualify active and passive candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and referrals using Boolean search and targeted outreach.
- Manage end-to-end intern hiring activities: initial screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and candidate follow-up aligned to performance targets.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System to ensure clean pipelines, accurate candidate statuses, and SLA adherence.
- Partner with hiring managers to schedule interviews, prepare candidate briefs, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across touchpoints.
- Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and deliver weekly hiring reports to stakeholders.
- Support employer branding and campus outreach initiatives to build talent pools and accelerate time-to-hire.
