Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern (Internship)

Role Description:
Hi Tours is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Talent Acquisition Intern at our Gurugram office. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition team with various tasks related to recruiting and hiring processes. This will be a 6 months internship leading to a full-time employment in the organization, based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in screening resumes: You will be responsible for reviewing incoming resumes, evaluating candidate qualifications, and identifying potential matches for open positions within the organization.
- Conduct telephonic interviews: You will conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team: Work closely with our experienced recruiters to coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide administrative support throughout the hiring process.
- Source candidates: Utilize various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels to identify and attract potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Maintain candidate databases: Keep our applicant tracking system updated with accurate candidate information and ensure data integrity throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide general administrative support: Assist with scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and organizing recruitment events or job fairs as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Excellent organizational skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning: Eagerness to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and develop a deeper understanding of recruitment best practices.
