As a TA Intern, you will support the recruitment team by handling a range of administrative tasks. You will also help conduct reference checks and manage applications received through the "Refer a Friend" program. You will also be expected to work 360° on roles when the team requires additional support, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.



Requirements
  • Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding;
  • Support in scheduling interviews and coordinating availability between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers;
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and status updates;
  • Prepare and organise necessary documents required for securing approvals for job offers;
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening processes, including background checks and reference checks. Document and report findings to the hiring team for further consideration;
  • Support in drafting offer letters via Bamboo and ensure accuracy;
  • Manage applications received through the "Refer a Friend" program. Ensure referred candidates are processed efficiently and maintain communication with referees and the candidates;
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos, including logistical arrangements and promotional materials;
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
