We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle and the opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including participating in job intake discussions, preparing and posting job advertisements, actively sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication and assisting with offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
  • Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates, particularly for volume and blue-collar roles.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Ensure recruitment practices remain compliant with local labor laws and internal guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and assist in preparing reports and dashboards for the HR team.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g. career fairs, social media content, or job boards).
  • Perform other HR-related or administrative tasks as assigned.



Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed) is a plus
