This position will play a key role in supporting our recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, allowing you to grow your Talent Acquisition skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key skills and experience

• Undergraduate student in their final semester or a fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Management, or other related Social Sciences fields.
• Experience conducting interviews (student organization or internship experience is a plus).
• Highly computer literate with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, resilient, and able to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Available for a full-time on-site internship (9 AM-6 PM WITA) for a period of three months.

Responsibility

• Post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.

• Assist in organizing company events such as campus hiring programs, job fairs, and career talks.

• Conduct CV screening and initial screening calls with candidates.

• Support employer branding initiatives by assisting in content creation.

• Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain and update the recruiting database and candidate files.

• Help identify and implement ways to optimize recruitment processes
