About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern Base location is Chennai. The role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience. You will play a key role in supporting the TA team in building a strong talent pipeline across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Source and screen profiles through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.
Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
Work closely with the HR team on ad-hoc hiring-related projects.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
