Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday WFH)

About the Role

Shopdeck is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or aspiring HR professionals who want hands-on exposure to hiring, coordination, and HR processes within a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic screenings

• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines

• Assist with employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns

• Provide administrative support to the HR/TA team as required

Requirements

• Recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• MBA graduate with HR specialization (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
