Shopdeck is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or aspiring HR professionals who want hands-on exposure to hiring, coordination, and HR processes within a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Source candidates through job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic screenings
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
Assist with employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns
Provide administrative support to the HR/TA team as required
Recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
MBA graduate with HR specialization (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Practical, hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
