Talent Acquisition Intern
Sisterson & Co. LLP, a respected regional CPA firm based in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a motivated and innovative candidate to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to work directly with firmwide employees while reporting to the Director of Talent. The Talent Acquisition Intern will gain experience using various technical recruitment platforms, including applicant tracking and sourcing software. The intern will assist in supporting and implementing leadership development program initiatives and help plan and implement career-related events for new hires and on-campus recruiting. The internship program provides students with relevant practical experience in recruitment and retention functions through direct training, job shadowing, and networking.
This position will begin no later than May 2026. Candidates must be available to work from May through August, with the possibility of an earlier start date as soon as March 2026.
