The Role and Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at SmartED, you will work closely with the HR team to recruit and onboard the best talent for the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Updating job descriptions and job postings on various job portals
- Assisting in onboarding new employees
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Required Skills
The desired technical skills for this role include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics
