We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding)
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video)
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (as applicable)
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
Familiarity with ATS and job portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
