Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding)

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video)

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS

  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (as applicable)

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies

  • Familiarity with ATS and job portals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
