Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies).
  • Manage the company's employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Utilize HRIS and other recruitment tools effectively.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
  • Provide recruitment metrics and reports to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Proactive and innovative thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.
