We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across multiple roles and domains.
Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions shared by stakeholders.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Support HR team with offer roll-outs and documentation as required.
Maintain recruitment MIS/reports for tracking hiring progress.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
