Primary Responsibilities
  • Handling end to end recruitment cycle for Non-IT and IT recruitment.
  • Sourcing, Screening using various search portals and methods to find a suitable candidate.
  • Building a strong pipeline of candidates for every role.
  • Creating relevant job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements on a timely basis.
Key Skills
  • Ability to communicate the vision of the firm, and create excitement among the candidates.
  • Spotting the right talent, and fitment of the persona of the candidate with the firm’s culture.
  • Analyzing strengths in resumes and aligning a smooth interview experience for candidates.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and building strong interpersonal relationships with new hires.
Great candidate fit will be who has
  • 1 to 2 years of hardcore recruiting experience with strong understanding of entire recruitment cycle.
  • Must have a strong idea to use networking, direct approach, referrals etc.
  • Should have a quality to work as an individual contributor.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
