Primary Responsibilities
- Handling end to end recruitment cycle for Non-IT and IT recruitment.
- Sourcing, Screening using various search portals and methods to find a suitable candidate.
- Building a strong pipeline of candidates for every role.
- Creating relevant job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements on a timely basis.
Key Skills
- Ability to communicate the vision of the firm, and create excitement among the candidates.
- Spotting the right talent, and fitment of the persona of the candidate with the firm’s culture.
- Analyzing strengths in resumes and aligning a smooth interview experience for candidates.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and building strong interpersonal relationships with new hires.
Great candidate fit will be who has
- 1 to 2 years of hardcore recruiting experience with strong understanding of entire recruitment cycle.
- Must have a strong idea to use networking, direct approach, referrals etc.
- Should have a quality to work as an individual contributor.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
