In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, source candidates through various channels, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements.

Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networks.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Maintain candidate databases.

Qualifications:

Good experience in recruitment.

Recruitment strategies.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
