Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
Develop and execute innovative employer branding strategies through university partnerships, social media campaigns, and professional community engagement.
Act as a strategic partner to management in planning and executing long-term human resource strategies.
Coordinate cross-functionally and communicate effectively in Mandarin with headquarters.
Optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, measurability, and alignment with company standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as universities, professional communities, and recruitment vendors to strengthen the talent pipeline.
Bachelors degree in any discipline; preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Communications.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Employer Branding, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) — mandatory requirement.
Proven experience leading recruitment teams and managing mass or nationwide hiring in large-scale or fast-growing organizations.
Strong track record in developing and executing employer branding initiatives through social media, universities, communities, or professional events.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.
Strong leadership, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
