About Job:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior-level positions, from workforce planning to offer negotiation.
• Conduct detailed role intake meetings to understand hiring needs, success profiles, and team culture.
• Manage job postings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview panels.
• Provide data-driven hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipelining
• Develop advanced sourcing execution solutions including direct search, networking, and market mapping.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or hard-to-fill roles.
• Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, and employee referrals.
3. Hiring Manager Partnership
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive compensation benchmarks.
• Enhance hiring manager capability through coaching on interviewing techniques and selection best practices.
• Partner with leaders to ensure timely recruitment processes and high-quality candidate experiences.
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
• Champion employer value proposition through recruitment content, career site improvements, and engagement campaigns.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate journey from first contact through onboarding.
• Represent the company at career fairs, events, and networking opportunities.
5. Data & Process Optimization
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality-of-hire.
• Recommend and implement process improvements using insights and best practices.
• Ensure ATS data integrity and adherence to hiring policies and compliance standards.
6. Collaboration & Cross-functional Projects
• Partner with HR teams on workforce planning, onboarding, and internal talent mobility.
• Lead or support Talent Acquisition projects such as DE&I hiring initiatives, recruitment technology enhancements, or interview training programs.
About You:
• Proven success hiring across multiple functions and levels; direct employees, regional or multi-country exposure preferred
• Proven experience in Employer Branding
• Strong sourcing expertise and familiarity with modern recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage high-volume or complex recruitment with speed and quality
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Talent magnet: builds strong pipelines and exceptional candidate experiences
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data and reporting
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer-service orientation
• Familiarity with multinational large-scale manufacturing environment
• Exceptional English and Thai proficiency is a must
