Our HR team is growing, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Associate with proven experience in end-to-end and high-volume recruitment and a strong interest in Employer Branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes (from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management to final offer) for junior and middle management roles ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and a timely hiring process
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, participation in career days representing the Group
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and business needs
  • Support the development and management of collaborations with academic institutions
  • Coordinate our internship Program in line with our strategic partnerships
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of DEI programs and initiatives in collaboration with our Employee Engagement & Development Team
  • Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring all Employer Branding communication materials are aligned with our mission and values
  • Support the creation of engaging Employer Branding content to showcase our culture


Requirements
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to end-to-end and high-volume recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics or another relevant field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both spoken & written)
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS,
  • Genuine interest in social media and digital marketing tools for Employer Branding purposes
  • A team player with a positive attitude, high sense of accountability, and strong organizational skills
