Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Highland Park, NJ - Part time - $26.00 hourly rate (depending on experience) - Parker Health Group is one of the most advanced healthcare centers in New Jersey with over 115 years of experience. Consider joining us on our beautiful Piscataway/Highland Park NJ Campus - On-site - Monday - Friday - 24 hours per week with flexibility - The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will coordinate the full-cycle pre-boarding process across the organization, provide administrative assistance, and maintain a database to track candidate status and information. In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, ensures an exemplary candidate experience with a smooth pre-boarding and hiring process. The coordinator will form close relationships with hiring managers and internal and new care-partners to ensure clear candidate and care partner expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school graduate or GED required, associate’s degree in human resources management, or relevant field preferred. 

  • Two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition position, Human Resources Assistant or similar role in human resources preferred. 

  • Experience using professional social networks, including Indeed and LinkedIn. 

  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skill and proven ability to communicate effectively. 

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Applications and internet navigation. 

  • One (1) to two (2) years working in healthcare environments, preferably with the geriatric population. 

  • Flu vaccine required during flu season.
